Our Credibility and customer confidence is the core value of Go HALAL, therefore we go through following steps before we approve our client vendor to list their business in the platform.

These are the following steps for Go HALAL Audit:

  1. Sourcing: Provide us with details from where you source your fresh and frozen meat, also other ingredients must be derived from vegetarian sources or in accordance with HALAL Standards.
  2. Storing: If your restaurant/Grocery serving non-HALAL, all storages must be separated or at least not cross contaminated in any way.
  3. Preparation:During preparation, separate kitchen kits must be used, also gloves, meat grinder all must be used merely for HALAL and not to be cross contaminated.
  4. Cooking:During cooking, Oil must be used only to fry HALAL, also cooker, for oven where temperature exceeded the 200 degree and traces of other non-HALAL burned then this can be exempted.
  5. Serving: HALAL food should not be served with any non-HALAL as a part of the same served meal.
  6. Delivery: Separate thermal bag must be used for HALAL food, especially when hot food delivered.
